LIFT is hiring a Northport Middle School Program Coordinator (part-time) to lead and grow our afterschool programming for 6th–8th graders at Northport Public Schools. This role oversees the daily operations, planning, and evaluation of engaging, inclusive programs that support social connection, leadership, service, and youth development. The Coordinator collaborates closely with LIFT leadership and volunteers, tracks attendance and student records, upholds restorative practices, and helps cultivate a positive and respectful program culture. We’re looking for an organized, relational, and forward-thinking self-starter who enjoys working with middle schoolers and thrives in a collaborative nonprofit environment.
